These terms apply to AVA Works B2B SaaS offers: Hotelmanager, Price Scraper, Translator System and Time Tracking.
Scope
AVA Works provides software-as-a-service, setup services and related B2B services. Consumer contracts are not intended.
Registration and contract
Public registration is a B2B order request. A contract is formed only after email confirmation and acceptance or activation by AVA Works.
Prices, payment and SEPA
Prices shown at registration, offer or new contract apply. Payment is currently by invoice/bank transfer or SEPA direct debit after a separate mandate.
